Odds and Ends: May 2021

We told you at the end of April that the old slogan, "Sell in May and go away" is no longer valid due to our changing economy, the machinations of the Federal Reserve and the weakening influence of the agricultural industry with farm loans. In addition, the influx of so much stimulus money that created excessive hopes for not only an economic recovery, but an off the chart growth expectation. So far, it isn't happening. With that said, don't be fooled by the recent uptick in the market. It is "window dressing" at the end of the month and first few days after.

We, at Evolution stated that the recovery had major barricades to overcome. The first and most important is labor. No matter what is written in the media, labor has not returned. A few have noted the loss of women into the labor participation force as one of the culprits. This is very true. If parents feel a danger in letting their kids go to school and they have to stay home to watch them, then, Houston, we have a problem. However, this is only one aspect. The stimulus gave the unemployed an opportunity to do something different in their life. It could be learning solar instillation, coding or some other skill that would result in wages above minimum. The phony politicians in 22 states notice that employers that counted on bottom line wages are having trouble finding workers. So, these BS artists who ran on getting higher paying jobs in their states, have elected to end the extra unemployment income from the stimulus act. At the moment, this is a standoff.

I like to insert this informative piece from an unknown Fed official. He stated that the true unemployment picture is 10% rather than the 5.8% published by the government. We agree. We have showed you the difference in government data. One agency says 8 million are unemployed while the total of all states claims is 16 million. Go figure?

Then, we have the problem with shelter. Housing is not included in the lying, phony Federal Reserve matrix formula for inflation. Rents and housing are becoming unaffordable. A CBS report shows 71% of the nation cannot afford to purchase a house. People are living in vans, cars and or, are homeless. The government is aware of this. The stimulus provided $40B to help renters and home owners. However, only 10% of this money has been utilized. It is an example of too little too late. Evictions would be terrifying if it were not for successive moratoriums on them by Trump and Biden. Some people are electing to move to new areas of the nation. This type of data lags, but it will soon be known. Some states, probably in the sunbelt will gain population while the northeast will lose. The census revealed this trend. It continues.

Then, something that is debated, but not seen in twenty years, inflation. Economists differ on the causes of inflation. I agree with Milton Friedman that when the money supply is increased, inflation rears its head. We have increased the money supply ten times over with little change in inflation during the past two decades. There are reasons. One, almost all nations have increased their money supply. This levels the effect. China is the second. It has control of global trading and uses manipulation to keep its currency low. Together, these aspects have kept the dangerous genie of inflation in the bottle. Now, it is showing its ugly head. Many realize it could get worse, stagflation. The thinking causes many overreactions. For instance, housing developers noticed the rising costs of lumber. They built ahead of demand. They figured to capture a lower price for their needs with time allowing for the market forces to work to lower the price of lumber. What happened? Housing is feeling the twin forces of excessively high prices and jittery buyers. For the third straight month, existing home sales fell.

The stock market reflects this new uncertainty. The down days in the market show very high volume. The up days rise on low volume. There is no conviction. It even appears that the market is about to roll over. Didn't we say that June is the new May? However, the Bulls do not want to surrender. They keep hoping for the "melt-up." Then, least we forget, the "Yellen" Yellen day. She expressed the danger in inflation. People put two-and-two together. The Fed will raise rates? Just this thought sent the market crashing. She back tracked her comments and the market recovered...for the day.

It is not just housing, but all the components needed in a home from furniture to lumber. Wood costs are at records along with copper and almost everything else. Add to this, the fallout effects from the pandemic. Meat and poultry rose due to producers losing workers to the virus. Consumers substituted to avoid inflation. Neither had a positive effect because prices rose all across the board. Truck companies could not find drivers due to the virus. Shortages are becoming apparent. Finally, high tech showed it too was not immune to the effects of the pandemic. Chip demand exceeds supply. It takes months to correct and of course, prices will rise.

When you cook and you are putting everything into the pot, the odds and ends must always include the dollar action. It is basic like salt and pepper. King Dollar keeps attempting to rise above the .92 level. It has always failed. On the downside, it touches .89, but fails to drop lower. The dollar's eventual direction will determine the direction of our economy. We, at Evolution see the dollar breaking lower to .83. When it reaches that level, all things will have a new perspective.

Believe It or Not

A tiger was loose in Houston. After a little panic (tigers weigh around 700 pounds) the animal was safely returned to its owner. The whole episode reveals this: There are more "pet" tigers in captivity (5,000) than in the wild (3,900).

Remember when...

President Bush declared after he signed the tax relief bill that our deficits would fall by 2020? Remember when President Obama signed a similar legislation? He said our deficits would be ending by 2025? Remember when President Trump signed his tax relief? He said our deficits would be over by 2024, after he is reelected? The March deficit broke another negative record. The one it broke was the month before to which was broken by the previous month. Bottom line: three straight record months of deficits. The monthly figure was $74.4 billion. The BS about this sad point is it shows our economy improving. For who, we ask? The problem with these sound bytes by the shills is a full story. The deficits show an improved economy for the exporters and the same old, same old for the US.

Tesla...

could be in trouble? The "Big Short" guy, Michael Burry is shorting the stock. Many in the past have tried to undermine the electric car company and all have suffered with their attempts. The first resistance point would be $539. If strong, down volume, then $450 is game. Two other plays that are constantly being shorted with extreme volatility are GME and AMC. I don't like either of these two.

Law of Accelerating...

is a concept, I don't know if it is a law, but it seems to be. It says, the more money you print, the more money you have to print again, just to keep the system going. This will be in the news a lot, especially this year due to all the stimulus and its resulting debt. To me, it is another way to say, End the Fed!        Peace.

A Real National Interest

I was planning to do an update on precious metals, but the hacking news from last week is too important not to bring to light. It reveals a lack of focus as to what is our real national interest.

The lobbyists for military contracts, the war-mongers and the military have a strangle hold on our government and especially, its budget. They throw in the face of any opposition that we must maintain our standing in the world and what is our national interest. The rhetoric is pounded like the war drum that these fools could lead us into. History shows, this type of hold, spending and influence has led to the destruction of all former world powers from the ancients right up to WWII.

The military has squandered our resources, physically and materially. It is the chief reason why we have deficits, year after year after decade after decade. It is why we have never ending wars. Our so-called leaders have put these self-serving, greedy bastards on a higher plane than our founding fathers. Our founders left us the wisdom which is the cornerstone that made our nation great: avoid foreign entanglements. They wrote in the constitution a strong currency that is backed by precious metals and promote the general welfare. Today, with the effects of the pandemic and resulting economic regression, citizens are suffering. Stimulus helps, but the influence of the greedy is shown with multiple states refusing government assistance on unemployment money. They are forcing their constituents to go back to work and take those minimum wage jobs. Politicians talk jobs, but it is empty rhetoric. People have a chance to collect benefits and seek new skills for a better future. Politicians under the money influence show their real colors and it is not in our best interest. It does not promote the general welfare.

Then, we have the real sinners in our society: the military, the Pentagon and the war-mongers who live off government contracts that are full of pork and waste. If there is one helpful aspect of the Colonial Pipeline hack, it is this: we are a paper tiger. Hackers from around the world utilize this knowledge with the aspect that America is an open society much like our southern border. The so-called leaders of government and corporations won't spend on necessities like the environment, labor and security. The truth is in the news and the repercussions all point to fearful outcomes.

The Hack and Biden

After the hack that caused extreme disruptions to fuel supply, President Biden offered this response. He signed an EO last Wednesday. It directed the Commerce Department to give new security standards for software vendors. Are you kidding me? Get freaking real!

The first improvement after the American innovation of the computer chip should have included this: any new sign-on to any program must meet security clearance. There would be no way for a hacker to enter any level of any program without passing clearance. Biden's executive order should have been a memo back in the 1990s. That is why we are a paper tiger! By the way, it will takes years before this improvement, if it is enacted upon, to be developed.

Military's Role

To bring you up-to-date, in 2020, there were 2,400 hacker attacks just to government agencies. There are thousands of attacks for ransom to health concerns, banks, corporations and citizens. This has been going on since the advent of the PC. Most of these are unreported due to shame and fear of a loss of a job. This should have been priority number one for the military, FBI, Homeland Security and the CIA. We don't need to read the cause could be North Koreans, Russians, Chinese, et al? We need RESULTS! We don't need references like to the Dark Side or Solar Winds. We need RESULTS! Again, this lack of protecting of US citizens and businesses shows complete incompetency by all of the above.

It Gets Worse...

Did you happen to watch the 60 Minutes episode this past Sunday? They did a piece on UFOs. The military closed all investigations on the subject. However, due to qualified people speaking out like pilots and from intelligence, they have reopened their investigations. Now they call UFOs, "unidentified aerial phenomena" (UAP).

The pilots said that they have been reporting unidentified flying objects that appear like revolutionary new technology in jet aircraft for years. They video taped them speeding up and down both of our coasts. Intelligence has verified their videos and reports. The military disregards this data. Now, compare that response from Russia's. Back in the day, during the Cold War, the US used spy missions to fly over Russia to collect information. The Russians kept trying to shoot these high altitude jets down. That is their response to planes flying over restricted areas. Eventually, they shot one down. It was a big embarrassment to President Eisenhower. I could tell you that FDR played political gambles too, notably with the US getting into WWII. He was looking for an excuse to declare war. Now, the Japanese assembled their navy. It was no secret. All one had to do was read a Japanese newspaper. It told about the gathering of this armada. All we had to do was tail this fleet. The attack on Pearl Harbor would never been a surprise. FDR was gambling that the Japanese would hit one of the islands like the Philippines. They didn't. They went for the throat. We cannot let unknown jets fly close to our coasts without meeting them head on. I agree with senator Rubio on this. He said on 60 Minutes, "Anything that enters airspace that's not supposed to be there is a threat." If the generals are too pushy foot about this direct approach, do this. Use a "pony express" type system where one of our jets tails this tactical jet. Then, another picks up the chase. This unknown aircraft has to refuel and refuel somewhere. We need to know where! We don't need a surprise nuclear attack that wipes out both of our coasts. Idiots! Every top military honcho who knows about this and has done nothing, should be FIRED! and right NOW! Idiots!

Back to the hackers. It is so bad that there is in the under world on the internet this aspect...

RaaS

It is a new field of study for hackers to use ransom-wear as a service. Cybercrime is estimated to cause the global community over $6 trillion each year. The US loses about $1.4 trillion. This comes out of each and everyone in the country. When a store loses a product to theft like a bag of potato chips, the owner has to raise his prices to cover the loss. Cybercrime cost each US citizen roughly, $5,400. This is a tax that recalls our founders cry, "No taxation without representation!" Who is representing us? End foreign entanglements and do your job of protecting Americans.

I could go on-and-on about the poor decisions of our military. Dear Reader, our military has a history of the wrong choices. It is not West Point or any of the academies that produce the greatness this is America. It is our citizens: Audie Murphy to Chuck Yeager. It is our innovation. Case in point. After WWI, Billy Mitchell asked the navy to develop an air craft carrier. They showed him the door. Today, the navy is still building carriers when they are obsolete. They are floating coffins due to smart bombs. We need submarines that can cover any nation anywhere in the world and do it undetected. We need to own the high territory. Rome's power centered in its roads to move troops and supplies. The same effect for England with its navy up until the first world war. We dominated due to our pilots and planes in WWWII. Then, we developed nuclear with missile ability. However, communications today is the high territory. If hackers can disable our communications, we are defenseless. WAKE UP! START DOING WHAT IS RIGHT FOR AMERICA!  Cut the military budget in half and use that half on my suggestions. Take possession of another US innovation or someone else will.

Taxation Without Representation

The burden of taxes was a central catalyst for the American Revolution. One would think that governmental leaders would be especially careful whenever the subject of taxes and fairness could possibly collide. You would be wrong. The topic this week is one that is near and dear to my heart. People ask me to put forth some of my ideas from my unpublished work: The Evolution of Democracy: The Book of Multiple Ideas and Predictions.

The reason why I haven't is many. One, why would any publisher print a book whose ideas are already known? Secondly, there are many crooked people out there. Some would use my ideas and claim them as their own. With that said, I will put forth this minor concept to make our union a more perfect state.

"No Taxation Without Representation!"

In every state in our union, governmental leaders use the lie of separation of church and state to keep from funding Catholic schools. Catholics pay state and local taxes for public education to which they never use because they make the sacrifice to also pay for their children's education in Catholic schools. Now, let us really look at the difference.

In most states, Catholic educators must pass the same state credentials for teaching as public school teachers. They will teach basically the same curriculum. Of course, their salary and benefits will be less then public school teachers.

Generally, the only difference is Catholic schools are more liberal arts while public schools have more options. This is due to their much larger budgets. I will get into that in a moment. So, in our school buildings to which we built and paid without public assistance, our teachers educate the same math, history, and so on as in any public school. The only difference which is the reason why we have a school system, is because in one class, we have a cross and we teach our religion. That is it!

This is pure bullshit! Catholics are treated as second class citizens. When we apply for a job, the application shows that we attended St. Mary's or St. Joseph's. It is easy to deny us. In addition, our names stand out. You never see an Italian doing the anchor news anywhere in America as well as Poles and other European ethnics. The Jewish religious leaders noticed this discrimination in the US. Many Jews changed their names to colors like Silver, Green, Black and Gold. Sometimes, they employed the ending of "Man" like Silverman. Back to the discriminations of Catholics. A recent example was the NCAA basketball tournament. The opening ceremony had a college student from the major schools of higher education throughout the state of Indiana. Did they have them all? No! They did not invite Norte Dame. They hate us and that school because it is the best in college football and it gores them. Whenever there is a drive to help local schools with funding, the group collects from everybody. However, they never share the donations to Catholic schools. Sometimes, I wish that I had the means to reach some very influential people. The following list all received Catholic education, but I never hear of them doing something in return. They may have, but I don't know. Kareem Jabber, Lebron James, Isaiah Thomas all attended Catholic high school and unlike many other successful black athletes, they can speak clearly and intelligently. They speak out for black causes to which I can understand, but Catholics were mistreated long before the first African set foot in America. Irish immigrants were greeted with signs, "Irish need not apply." Back to this group and many, many others. Where is your gratitude and help?

I could go on and on. My book devotes a whole chapter to the subject. Let me finish with a few last thoughts. Public school leaders never give credit to the work of our religious nuns who laid the groundwork for our school system. We wear uniforms or the same color clothes. This is for equality in the classroom. The nuns practiced discipline. They were made to feel guilty for using a ruler on someone's knuckles. Let me tell you this. Whomever that kid was, he got it worse when he got home. If parents learned that their child could cause a nun to be this upset, that kid was a walking dead man. Our students show respect for their teachers and schools. Maybe this clouds some bad examples, but overall, our kids learn at their grade level. Public schools cannot say the same thing. We do it with one-third less money and with limited facilities. Catholic schools are closing because parents can no longer afford the extra costs of paying taxes and then, a tuition to school. We need and deserve help! Enough already!

We deserve school funding to pay our teachers. We will pay the salary of the religious class. We will continue to cover the costs to maintain our buildings and grounds, but states must fund the cost for our teachers. We are one-forth of the population that is taxed, but does not receive any of the fruits of our labor. We are sick and tired of this discrimination.

Next Month

The Wall Street saying, "Sell in May, and Go Away" has its roots in another eon. The names that drive the market will always change and so it is true, seasonality is changing. Bank no longer count on farmer loans in spring and worry about repayment at harvest time. Now, they have the Federal Reserve.

Other Factors

We have told you about the changes in commodities. The pandemic effected mining. Countries like Chile and Peru which produced large quantities have seen their production shrink. These and other emerging market producers have kept inflation in check. In the same way, China had kept US inflation low for the past twenty years with retail. Now, we are seeing the reverse. Demand is picking up as economies are utilizing stimulus, especially in infrastructure. However, supply is not there. This has resulted in surging prices for metals, agriculture and related needs. What I mean about "related needs" is this: there is a need for chips, but many things go into producing a chip and those things are in short supply. The list of firms raising prices grows every day. In his annual meeting, Buffett said that he is raising prices, especially in housing and office furniture. He is joined by Proctor and Gamble, Whirlpool, Kleenex. Coca-Cola and others.

Expectations

With the end of the virus in sight, expectations are rising for economies around the world. The idea is real, but the timing is exaggerated. The market is scary. You can see this in the Shiller CAPE. His price-to-earnings is up to $37.49, which is double the historic average. Famous investor Leon Cooperman agrees. He says that he does not know when or why, but things will end badly. This is what our Economic Evangelist said in March. In addition, what we have seen from the market, is fierce, cutthroat action in the battle between the Bulls and Bears. Whenever the market shows the slightest downturn like last Friday, "cannibal money" comes into the market to eat these shorts and "melt up" the market. This has been going on since the market lows of March 2020. Even with that said, life happens. People who are buying are expecting things to return to normal. What we have been saying all along is labor and unemployment. Our economy has not stopped people from losing jobs and many of those same people are tired of low wage, no social mobility type of employment. The number of claims has not fallen below 500,000 for any week since February of 2020. This is reality! Society is in flux. Retail, hotels, cruises, airlines and auto sales are nowhere near pre-pandemic levels. This will shock earnings and their overpriced expectations.  You add to this the high price in all things from cardboard to plastics and from lumber to copper. Higher costs and lower profits. This is reality. Inflation is here!

What We Expect

A continuation in market trend. A slight downturn and then, a quick rise to a new record level. We feel this market trend will abruptly stop at the end of May. June is the new sell date and one central reason is this. In the back of everyone's mind are those expectations. The spending programs from the Biden administration along with similar developments in the global community. Will they happen? Will they get real results rather than only expectations? We can get a glimpse from the action in currencies.

King Dollar is central. It keeps trying to be its historic save haven, but things change. Every time that it seeks to rally past 93, it fails. We believe it will test 89. The test will be crucial to where the market and our economy goes. With all the Biden plans for spending, the King could face a coup d'état. China and the IMF are seeking power. They are the worst of outcomes: The Communists or One World Government. These things don't happen overnight. The dollar will still be the world's reserve currency, but the dollar could fall as low as 83. The biggest battle then, is where money will flow. Will the bitcoin keep rising or will gold finally breakout? A year from now, we will see the trend. The US is following Japan's policy on debt. It has worked, but it is held by a thin thread. Peace.

Odds and Ends: April 2021

There are a few stories circulating and all of them have merit. The latest was last week, President Biden announced ideas for tax increases. You had to know this is coming. They don't call the Democrats, "Tax and Spend" for nothing. We have had a series of spending bills with two more in the works. Now, the tough part of governing, how to pay for it?

With that said...

the other stories or predictions if you will, are showing the truth in the ink. Inflation.

In recent pieces we, at Evolution have pointed out the rising prices in commodities. However, inflation is roaring in what is referred to as second tier products. Examples: fuel and chemicals, steel and plastics all rose by 4%. This is twice the Fed inflation target. The cost for these products is 12.5% higher than last year. Then, there is the cost of shipping and if you recall, the screw-up at the Suez Canal? Anyway, here is a capsulation.                                                                                                                                      *phosphates rose the most since 2011.                                                                                                        *steel mill products rose the most since 1939. You better reread this date.                                                  *organic chemicals rose the most since 1974.                                                                                              *plywood rose to its second highest level since 2005.                                                                                  *plastic resins rose the most since 1974.                                                                                                      *hardwood lumber rose the most since RECORDS began in 1947. Yeah, you can reread this line again.

You think this is a one time event like Jerome Powell claims? Yeah, that is what all those phonies claim like Bernanke who said the housing problem is contained in 2007 and like the shills said about the dot.com prices are only in a correction back in 2000. Tesla had to raise the price of its cars 4x (four times) this year. Going back to raw commodities, consider the continuous price rises since May 2020.    *steel is up 182%. It is now $1354 per ton - an all-time high.                                                                    *aluminum is up 58%.                                                                                                                                  *copper is up 83%.                                                                                                                                        *platinum is up 55% and palladium is up 45%.

So, what, you say. Well, the cost of lumber now adds $24,000 to the price of a new home. What I do not understand is why don't they allow loggers to thin the forest to create jobs, lower wood costs and stop wild fires?

6% Unemployment?

The figure makes me laugh and then, sickens my stomach. We have 17.4 million Americans receiving unemployment benefits. We also know that many jobs do not qualify for benefits or the amount is so small that it does not worth the effort. You have taxi drivers, real estate sales and almost all sales people, waitresses and self-employed personal. We have millions who have returned to their parents or grandparents home to live. How do you know this, you ask? The answer comes with the 2000 Census. In that year, the US had 217 million Americans in the working force. Today, Powell smiles as he says the US reached, "150 million" in labor participation. Do the math. As a nation we have more people in population than in 2000 and less working. Where did those 50 million go? (150m working less 17.4m collecting benefits=167.4 million) 50 million are uncounted for? By the way, Americans are getting through this period with their credit card. Household debt is at a record $14.6 trillion. They are learning from our government so-called leadership. The federal government deficits after just six months into the year is twice as high during the same period as last year. By the way, last year was the worst year on record.

Getting Hosed...

All the Amazon workers in Alabama will learn the hard way that unions are for workers to which is why Amazon preaches hatred for unions. You will experience the same crap as Boeing workers. Even though they were union, they believed the lies of management. As soon as they voted for Boeing's work proposal, the jobs got moved to a non-union state in the south. Mark my words, in less than five years, your jobs will be gone!

Speaking of lost jobs...

McDonald's is closing locations in Walmart stores. They formed a partnership and Walmart gave the Golden Arches a site in the front of their stores. The store count drops from 875 to 630 and falling...

Craziness of market...

A deli in New Jersey is valued at over $103 million. Get this! The store only had $35,000 in sales for the last two years and lost $756,000 during the same period. In addition, it has warrants which by the present price of the stock would value the store at over $1 billion. What was it the GUMP use to say? Oh, yeah, "Stupid is as stupid does." Thank you, Forrest.                                                                            You can see this buying stupidity reflected in the Schiller CAPE which shows a price-to-earnings. It is now $37.49 or twice the historical S&P 500 average. Stupid is as stupid does - Peace.

Letter to our Government

Proverbs: He that troubled his own house shall inherit the wind:

As leaders of our government, what are your feelings about the 6th of January? Are you angry? Are you worried? Do you feel the arm of justice is putting all these protestors in jail is the answer? Some of you want precautions like barricade fencing, troops and more police? Stand back! Take a distant look at the Capitol of Democracy? It does not look anything like a free society.

Back in the day: I could go back to ancient times, but space is limited as well as time. I will glance at a few fallen governments. I think and hope you get my point. Didn't the French aristocrats add a few soldiers to guard the palace? However, they did not look at the root causes of the population's discontent. It was the best of times for the upper class, gents, barons and the like while the worst of times for everyday citizens who suffered with little to none social mobility and food insecurity. When the middle-class joined the movement, you got a REVOLUTION!

When the monarchy and aristocrats of England needed money for their endless wars because England had interests in other lands rather than worrying about domestic issues, they decided to raise taxes on their North American colony. After all, these colonists keep requesting soldiers to fight Indians and of course, our enemies like the French and Spanish. They should pay for it. The English demanded that the colonists put up their soldiers and feed their soldiers who rarely went out to the frontier to fight. The colonists started their own militia. As more and more middle-class farmers took issue with their English rulers, shots were fired at Lexington. REVOLUTION!

When the Czar moved from palace to palace, he had a personal guard to protect him and his family. He never stopped to see how his citizens were actually living. He was sheltered from bad news by yes-men. When he didn't get his way in some diplomatic negotiation, he sent his poor citizens to war. He squandered the state treasury. When hard times like famine in the farming regions surfaced, he moved to another palace where things were better. Food riots were crushed as dissatisfied trouble makers. When the middle-class joined the movement, you got a REVOLUTION!

In Saigon, the South Viet Nam government saw the city grow due to French money being spent within the area. They did not heed the cries of rural farmers. They offered no ideas to address all their nation. Mao offered democratic ideas to those in rural regions. His problem. He flew under the communists shield. The people liked what the vision of Mao suggested. Our military war-mongers only saw another Communists insurrection. They did not look deeper into the issues. They backed the wrong horse. When more citizens are on the side of opposing government, that government will be replaced. It WAS.

Inside the city of Havana, people had jobs due to tourists and gambling in the capitol. In the rest of the island nation, things were not so good. Low wages, No worker rights! No unions! Slave working conditions. The majority had enough. It had always been this way. They would fight for something new because anything is better than what they have. When more citizens are on the side of opposing government, that government will be replaced. It WAS.

Today, do you see why so many people in the US are dissatisfied with our government, the one you direct? Do you not read to know what other committees are discussing like 25 million children in the US cannot read proficiently? That 65% of 4th grade students do not read at that grade level? That many of these same children suffer food insecurity?

Do you not go to the movies and see how lucky we are to have concerned citizens fight powerful corporations like Erin Brockovich? She gave all to show toxic chemicals in our water out west. In New England, Travolta's movie echoed the same issue with water. Again in New Jersey, Tennessee, Florida, West Virginia, Flint, Michigan and all around our nation. We are suffering toxic dangers with our once pristine water. You let corporations buy you off. Did you forget the Cayuga River in Ohio? It set itself on fire to tell you that companies show a disrespect for everyone. They do not spend to do their job right by protecting the environment and their workers. Poison greed!

How can you say that fighting in foreign entanglements benefits democracy when you have to barricade the capitol with razor barb wire and have troops present along with a large police force? This is not a happy nation.

You have failed to promote the general welfare. You can see that in a map of the US with dots that reflect a mass shooting. In the short time in 2021 there have been 154 mass shootings of four or more people. In many regions our map is not a dot, but BOLTS!😡

This is why in the past our nation suffered with outbursts by discontents. Some are evil like the KKK. Some are gangsters like the Outlaws. Some have valued issues like the Michigan Militia. They protested outsourcing. No living wage jobs, no social mobility and no future! Some are right like civil rights and anti war protests like over Viet Nam. Again, go to the movies. A new documentary, "Nomadland" might open your eyes? You can't grade yourself by the stock market. Grade yourself by seeing the collapsing malls and retail stores. Give them an equal playing field by taxing the internet on retail. Stop the BS of party affiliation and conduct yourselves for what is best for the nation. Did any of you read, "Profiles in Courage?"

DRUGS! We have heroin parks littered all around the nation. More needles are present than trees or flowers. Then, there is the opioids. We have people laying on the street. It is getting crowded out there due to homelessness. People are living in cars and RVs because they cannot afford rent. You have allowed the Fed to push debt as the answer when that is the wrong solution. They are destroying our currency. This is seen in the recent tax hikes to excessiveness. In five counties in the US, residential real estate taxes surpass $10,000 per year. People have to sell because they cannot service these excessive taxes. They have to move away from their grandkids and family. It is happening everywhere. Nashville's mayor is touting a tax hike of 34%! On the flip-side is poverty. There are thirteen counties with taxes of $200 because the population is too poor. Do your job as written in the constitution and End the Fed!

Did you not read Jefferson or any of the founders who wanted a strong currency? This is why there is signs of hopelessness, everywhere. People cannot print money to cover expenses. And then, we have idiots like Schumer who want to forgive all student debt. I will join any group who opposes this idea. Those kids made a choice. If a store owner opens at a location and it fails, this is life. He was free to choose. He does not expect to be forgiven all his debt. This is called RISK!

My only consolation is knowing that more citizens declare themselves as Independents rather than Democrats or Republicans because both of your parties are corrupt! You have some time to address the problems. Tax heavily all corporations who outsource. Tax all imports to promote self-sufficiency and give our citizens hope for the future. Forget the world complaints of protectionism. They have been doing it since the end of WWII. Promote my idea to save our water and invest in our children.  Academics reveal, there is no way the kids of today can do anything that will help our nation tomorrow. When you consider stimulus, try to envision something that will add social mobility. Start thinking! When the next rock is thrown, it might be too late.

And stop deluding yourselves...

that the US is the world's largest economy. In 2016, China sold 24 million cars. That is 7 million more than out best year. They import the most oil. They are the largest exporter and manufacturer. They lie, cheat and steal, but they are now the largest economy. There are no people laying in their streets. They have jobs, social mobility and now this: They are looking to depose the US dollar as the world's reserve and commodity king. They will offer GOLD to buy oil. If they achieve this last ring in the ladder, the US could fall to a third rate nation. Don't let it happen! Have the balls to end all trade with China. Send the ingrates back to where their ugly Communist Party belongs, in the gutter!

Today, the list of discontent in the US is growing and each group is potentially thousands. If the middle-class joins any of these movements, REVOLUTION?

*Boogaloo Bois, Guardians, Proud Boys, Wolverine Watchmen, Oath Keepers, RAM, 3 Percenters, Neo Nazi's, Vinlanders and Antifa. The names keep changing, but most contain bigotry. I can only hope a true group forms like we, at Evolution put forth. A new political party, the Liberty Party. The cornerstone is protect American workers, our environment and end all foreign entanglements? Peace.

Showdown at High Noon

If you don't know by now, the market is irrational. It can stay that way longer than you can remain solvent. The recent GameStop episodes is a prime example of the above words of wisdom. Stimulus money is working around the nation, but it shows signs of dangerous thinking by our government. Anyone on social security did not receive a check until a communication between the Treasury and the Social Security opened up the list of people collecting that benefit. Still others received a credit card with the face value of the check. So, what's the problem you ask?

The government does not want you to decide or for a better understanding, the government has elected to give you digital money. If everyone received a flat check, the majority would seek to cash it at their bank. Maybe the bank would not have sufficient cash to meet this need. The government knows something that is not right in the banking system and this little change in not receiving a government check is to hide the problem. When you have the fruits of your labor in your hand, you have financial freedom. The way the government is addressing the stimulus is to reduce cash in society and thus, your economic freedom. It is a shame that we cannot call them out into the street to face us with their decisions. To make matters worse, the idiot millennium generation proudly uses their I-phone to pay at registers. It is no wonder that they do not know how to mange their money as they live week-to-week.

It gets worse. China is getting into the digital currency game. We, at Evolution call it a game, but it is Big Brother. The Chinese model will know exactly where every purchase is done, how much and by who. They are controlling you. Just think, if your personal economics is all done by digital and suddenly, the spigot is turned off, you are helpless. You have no money or freedom. It will be too late then. Don't fall for the wealth lure of the bitcoin. Someone controls it and you don't know their end game. By the way, the bitcoin field got more congested as the Chinese are introducing their entry, the e-yuan. One thing to keep in mind. There are wealthy people with influence who are pushing digital currency and these are the same people who desire a One World Government. This could be their choice to see their wishes fulfilled.

Stimulus Economy

We, at Evolution have repeated this fact in recent pieces. It relates to Fed Chair Powell's comments on our economy. He stated that he saw signs of an improving economy with labor participation "reaching" 150 million and unemployment lowered to 6%. He now says he wants to see a string of monthly million new jobs. This does nothing but prove our point. Continue reading. Dear Reader, we have showed you through the 2000 Census report that labor participation for that year was 217 million Americans working. We now have a larger population and less people working. Where did those 57 million people go?😡

The government lies! They can classify them as U-2s, U-6s, whatever. We classify the government as "U" - uninformed and untrustworthy.

One thing that they do know is how to keep the public misinformed. They get all the stats. They can pick and choose what to say, how to say it (spin) and when to say it. Technology has been a gift for them to hide truths like unemployment. Back in the day, everyone could see their neighbors waiting on line at the unemployment office. Today, no offices and no lines. Jobless workers have to have internet to file a claim and if they can't afford Wi-Fi, they can go to the library. Of course, the pandemic has placed another obstacle in that road. Our numbers don't lie. The government knows that. This is why so much stimulus is being passed.

High Noon is approaching...

Among the many techniques both President Trump and now, Biden used is Executive Order, Requests and Memorandums. These are not laws of the land, but in deference to the position of president, they are honored. Nevertheless, these things cannot go on forever. Individuals and corporations cannot print money to cover costs like mortgages, loans, labor costs, maintenance and taxes like the federal government. This unwritten conflict is coming into view on the street. It made itself known in three states. It centers on the moratorium on evictions. The day President Biden took office, he extended by three months the moratorium that Trump signed. By the way, this is a tell (poker term) on how weak our economy really is and how the economy hangs on government assistance to continue. Anyway, courts have ruled in three states that to continue this process is illegal. The bans are not acts of Congress as reported here in our pieces. There has been six cases nationally with an even 3-3 split. Texas, Ohio and Tennessee could start evicting people. Presently, there are 10 million Americans out of 40 million renters who are behind on rent. The stimulus has given the government a pool of $50 Billion to allocate to housing and rental assistance. The problem is the money could arrive after the eviction notices. Keep in mind that Texas is second in population. Tennessee has 19% renters behind in payments. Memphis alone has 1300 eviction notices by landlords according to Princeton University report. At present, there are many advocates to help tenants like in the state of Washington. That state is passing a law to provide lawyers to help poorer tenants in their fight against eviction. And yet, the market refuses to take into account these and other dangerous signs. The sun is almost directly overhead. A showdown is coming.

Try to stay out of the gunfight with stray bullets. Peace.
